Kibbutzim Stream

(23km) Nahal HaKibbutzim is a water hike. Or maybe it’s more water than hike. The trail leads through tall grasses and reeds to a deep river (Bring floating devices for kids). And the only way to really experience this water trek is by swimming through

Baptismal Site

(75km) This Jordan Rive Qasr al-Yahud Baptismal Site is a special and sacred spot for Christianity. Here the Jordan River flows through the plains of Jericho, creating a thread life through the heart of the desert. Christian pilgrims come here to be baptized in the river, just as – according to tradition – John the Baptist baptized Jesus some two thousand years ago

Ein Nezem

(25km) Ein Honzir (the spring of the pigs) is a magical spring in the fields of the kibbutz whose waters flow into a large and wonderful pool. The name of the spring, which is derived from the fact that it was a wildlife paradise and especially for wild pigs (boars), did not settle well with the Jewish settlers. So they switched it to “Ein Nezem” (The spring of the nose ring), based on a biblical verse
